Contact form

When you use the contact form, we process the data you provide (name, email address, and your message, and optionally company, preferred timeline, and four selections: what the app was built with, its current status, your main concern, and the language in which you would like the reply) in order to process and respond to your inquiry.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract).

Your inquiry is delivered via Cloudflare Email Routing as an email to our inbox at Google (Gmail); Cloudflare only forwards the message, and the website keeps no copy of the inquiry. The inquiry is then held only in our inbox. We delete it once it has been fully processed, and at the latest Suggested: after 6 months, unless a legal retention obligation requires otherwise.

Security check of the form

When you submit the form, Cloudflare Turnstile checks whether the request comes from a person. Its script is loaded only after you submit, sets no cookies, and processes technical details of your browser and your IP address. We also limit how often one IP address can send an inquiry per minute; for that, Cloudflare briefly processes the IP address in memory. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in protection against automated abuse).

Readiness check

The readiness check runs entirely in your browser. Which items you tick is neither stored nor transmitted to us or third parties.

Appearance (light/dark)

If you choose between light and dark with the switch in the page header, your browser stores that choice locally on your device (localStorage, key "bm-appearance"). The value never leaves your device, is not sent to us, and no cookie is set. It is stored only when you explicitly choose, and only to apply your choice on your next page view. Choosing "Auto" deletes the value again.

Hosting

This site is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. (Cloudflare Workers). When you visit the site, Cloudflare processes technically necessary access data (e.g. IP address, time of access) in order to deliver the site. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in reliable, secure delivery of the website).

Analytics (cookieless)

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics for anonymous, aggregated traffic measurement measurement. When a page loads, your browser fetches a script from Cloudflare (static.cloudflareinsights.com) and reports technical measurements such as the page viewed, load times, the type of browser and device, and the country of origin to Cloudflare, without recognizing individual visitors. This service sets no cookies and uses no persistent identifier to recognize individual visitors. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in understanding use of our website). Consent is not required for this; our cookie notice covers only possible future non-essential cookies or tracking scripts.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

• access the data we hold about you (Art. 15 GDPR),
• rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR),
• erasure of your data (Art. 17 GDPR),
• restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR),
